Minnesota’s Lift Bridge Brewing Co. An Unsung Hero on Chef Gordon Ramsay’s New Hell’s Seltzers

Television chef Gordon Ramsey has launched his own line of hard seltzers, and Minnesota’s own Lift Bridge Brewing Company played a role in seeing it happen.

Last December, news broke that MasterChef star Gordon Ramsay would be launching his own line of hard seltzers, aptly named Hell’s Seltzers.

“Yes, even I enjoy a hard seltzer after a long day,” Ramsay said in a press release sent to Insider. “So I decided to toss the devil horns into the ring and heat things up! Hell’s Kitchen will never freeze over, but a cold Hell’s Seltzer is a great start.”

Brew Pipeline and Global Brews of London were originally credited for their work in making the seltzer line possible, though most recently Lift Bridge Brewing Company has been recognized for its own contribution as “flavor consultants.”

“Lift Bridge is excited and proud to be flavor development partners with Brew Pipeline on the recently released Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Seltzer!” the beverage giant shared on social media.

Along with Ramsay, Lift Bridge Brewing Co. created four “unapologetically bold” flavors inspired by Hell’s Kitchen dishes.

“The team and I have spent months developing the flavors that are just what you’d find at any of my restaurants,” Brewbound quotes Ramsay. “As they hit shelves this summer, I hope you’ll enjoy a few as much as I have.”

The four Hell’s Seltzers flavors are:

  • Berry Inferno – peach, blueberry, raspberry
  • Knicker Twist – passionfruit, pineapple, orange
  • Mean Green – kiwi, lime, mint, pineapple
  • That’s Forked – Key Lime, vanilla, graham

Hell’s Seltzer ABV is listed as 5.6%. 12-packs of 12oz cans are being distributed to shelves now. Visit www.drinkhells.com for more.
