So-Zen, the All Natural Alcoholic Beverage

2021 has been a year of refocusing our health. We’ve been regulars at our local Snap Fitness — attending weekly classes and participating in seasonal challenges — and we’ve seen and felt the fruits of our labor in both our bodies and minds. Our renewed zeal for our well-being has led to more mindful decisions regarding what we put into our bodies.

While we have continued to love good craft beer, our mindfulness (and, frankly, age) has made us aware of what we drink, how often we drink and how our bodies respond to beer and its ingredients. Sometimes, the crispness, lightness and fruity flavors of a seltzer just hits the spot better than a beer does. But have you ever checked the ingredient list on the back of a seltzer label? There are numerous additives and artificial flavors and ingredients. They may be lower in calories than most beers, and they taste great, sure. But the questionable elements have given us reason to look for a more natural alternative. That alternative, we’ve determined, is So-Zen.

So-Zen is a no-additive, no-extract cold steeped beverage that’s 100% natural. When reading the ingredient list what you see is what you get — purified water, alcohol, lemongrass, cucumber, rose hips, peppercorn and the list goes on.

There are currently four flavors of So-Zen available. Original, Medley, Coral, and Blue Cinnamon.

We would recommend this product to anyone looking to switch things up! So-Zen would be a great drink to bring to the cabin or enjoy after working on the yard. We’re excited to have found a new beverage where we know everything that’s in it and can enjoy it guilt free!
